We will not prepare, create, draft, complete, select, give advice on how to fill out legal forms, or provide understanding of a record or transaction requiring a notarial act. Please contact a legal representative or attorney for assistance.
If a notarial certificate wording is not provided or indicated for a record, a notary shall not determine the type of notarial act or certificate to be used. A selection of certificate forms will be offered only.
A notary shall not execute a notarial certificate that is false or not written in English language.
Courier and mailing services are limited to documents only. We will verify that all packages before transporting them.
We exercise the right to cancel, report, or decline any requested services that violate any federal or state laws. Appointment deposits will not be refunded.
We will only accept proper and unexpired identification only to execute notarial acts.
All documents that are not accepted by the recipient will be returned to the sender via courier. Payments and deposits will not be refunded.
Once packages are delivered to the carrier (ie. UPS, USPS) for shipment, we are not responsible for delivery delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or loss of package.
We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Texas or any state, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
All appointments must be cancelled 4 hours in advance of scheduled date and time via email or phone. Cancellations after 4 hours or no-shows may cause your deposit to be non-refundable.
